If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your wedding invitation. If you do not see a plus one, please only bring yourself. We promise, there will be plenty of wonderful people to get to know over the weekend.
We want everyone at our wedding to feel safe and comfortable. We will be monitoring the CDC Guidelines leading up to the event. If there are a significant number cases in the area, we may ask that our guests are vaccinated against COVID-19. To avoid disruption to your travel plans, we strongly suggest that you be fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the CDC if you plan to attend. Please visit the website closer to the event for more up-to-date information.
Yes - we want to keep our wedding a safe and fun space to be for all guests. With that in mind, we strongly encourage all of our guests to be vaccinated against COVID-19, as defined by the CDC. For ALL guests, we also ask that you take a rapid COVID test to confirm you are COVID-negative before coming to our event. If you forget before you depart, we will have a small number of tests available onsite.
Due to the nature of the event and accomodations, we kindly ask that you leave any kids (under 18) or pets at home.
The closest airport is the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, which is roughly a 45-minute drive to Camp Ojiketa. We invite you to coordinate rides with other travelers and/or rent a car, there's plenty of free parking at the venue. It's also very easy to get a Lyft or Uber from the airport (not the case for the other way around!) We will be sponsoring shuttles to bring you to the airport on Monday, operating at the following times: Shuttle Timing: Monday (Ojiketa to MSP) 10am - arrive to MSP at 11:00am 12pm (Final shuttle!) - arrive to MSP at 1:00pm *Please note that shuttle timing is an estimate, there is a strong chance these could be delayed due to traffic. Please plan accordingly for your flights.
You will be responsible for getting yourself to Ojiketa Regional Park for all activities. We will have two shuttles to the Running Ace's hotel and Amerivu Inn & Suites in Chisago City following the reception. There's also plenty of parking onsite! Shuttles will bring guests to the AmeriVu Inn and Running Aces following the reception, departing at 10:30PM and 11:30PM.

The weather in Minnesota is unpredictable - we suggest checking the weather prior to your departure to ensure you have packed appropriate clothing. It's always best practice to bring a jacket and pants as it can get colder at night.
The dress code is Summer Cocktail! We invite guests to wear summer or cocktail dresses, a button-down and slacks, khakis or dark jeans. Because it's Minnesota, the weather can be unpredictable ranging between 65 - 90 degrees F (we're hoping it's a mild Labor Day!) Please keep in mind that there will be walking in grass for those that would like to wear heels!
We'll be spending the following week in Positano, Italy! Please give us all of our recommendations :)
