The reception hall will have all doors and windows open, fans circulating air, sanitation stations, masks required, and all things 6-feet apart. There is a non-covered, outside balcony attached to the reception hall for anyone that would like fresh air. The hall normally would fit 250 people, but for COVID has a maximum capacity of 45 guests -- it is a large reception hall with plenty of space. We understand if guests choose not to attend because the reception is taking place indoors, feel free to let Summer know about your concerns regarding this.
Yes! Please bring a face mask to wear for the day.
Yes! We were able to have an intimate and beautiful wedding ceremony with family on March 21st, two days before Washington state went on lockdown for COVID-19. On April 17th, we plan on renewing our vows and having a dinner reception. Who doesn't love dancing and free drinks?! :) We hope you can make it to celebrate us on this day, but completely understand if guests aren't able to attend. If you are feeling sick, please stay home and celebrate from afar.
Either taking the Bremerton/Seattle ferry (1 hour) which is both a drive and walk-on ferry, OR by driving around Puget Sound (1 hour). If driving around, take the WA-16 East then the I-5 North to Seattle.
This really depends if you are looking for the whole Seattle experience. You can easily take a ferry from Seattle to Bremerton. The night of the wedding you will probably want to stay near the venue, but you are welcome to book a hotel in Seattle for the weekend and take the ferry back to your hotel. Check out Google maps to ensure you are booking a hotel near the ferry.
Uber is easily available to/from the wedding venue. Lyft can take you to the wedding, but does not pick up from the venue at the end of the night. There are also plenty of taxi companies to choose from.
