Yes. Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at The View which is part of Minneapolis Event Centers. Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors, however there is an outdoor patio space.
The View at Minneapolis Event Centers, 212 2nd St SE, Minneapolis MN, 55414. We recommend parking in the ramp across the street (located on the corner of SE 2nd Ave and 2nd St SE) and taking the ramp elevator to level “T” which is the tunnel. Please follow the signs through the tunnel to Entourage’s main office. If you choose to park on the street, please enter through the East Entrance located off of 2nd St SE and go down the stairs to the courtyard level. Please note there are multiple venues on site and The View is located on the lower level of the building. There are wheelchair accessible entrances and elevators located inside the building for those who are unable to use the stairs.
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. Doors will open to the venue at 3:30pm. Please do not arrive earlier than 3:30pm.
No there will not be a shuttle provided. The hotels are located a short distance away from the venue (5-10 minute drive), however they are on the opposite side of the river from the venue so it is not considered walking distance. Cars may be left overnight in the parking ramp and Uber or Lyft rides are easy to come by. Please plan a safe ride home!
We request you dress in semi-formal cocktail attire. For men, this typically looks like a suit, blazer, and/or button up shirt with dress pants, while women usually wear knee-length, midi, or even long dresses, jumpsuits, or a dressy blouse and skirt or pant combination.
At this time our RSVP counts have been finalized with the venue and we cannot accommodate any additional guests or children that were not originally accounted for. Thank you for understanding.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. After the ceremony has concluded, please take as many photos and videos as you would like! We'd love to see the moments you capture, and will have a photo booth on site as well as a shared photo album for you to add your photos and videos to.
No outside food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages are allowed on the property. If this policy is violated the venue will charge us a $750 fine per violation, so we kindly ask you to comply. We will have many hosted beverages available such as beer, wine, seltzers, soda and coffee with liquor available for purchase so you won't go thirsty :) Thank you for understanding!
Smoking is allowed outdoors but not within 20 feet of any building entrance. The property does not allow for the use of cannabis on site, and does not allow vaping indoors. Please note the venue will charge us a $500 fine for any violation of the above, so we kindly ask you to comply. Thank you for understanding!
