We do ask that all our guests come in semi-formal attire.
Yes, kids are welcome!
The venue does offer some parking and there is also street parking as well. Parking IS limited though, so we encourage anyone who can take the shuttle from the hotels to the venue, to do so!
The shuttle will start taking guests from the hotels to the venue at 3:30pm and run until 5:30pm (although the ceremony is at 4:30, so please don't miss it). The shuttle will resume operating at 8:30pm and run until 11:30pm to take guests back to the hotels.
We are have an "Unplugged" ceremony and kindly ask that you keep the photos and videos to a minimum during that time! This not only helps you be present with us during our ceremony but it allows our photographers and videographer to get the best shots uninterrupted by devices! Feel free to take photos and videos during the reception! We'd love to see them from our friends and families points of view!
We will be having an open bar! Last call will be 10pm though, so plan accordingly! Feel free to bring cash to tip our hard working bartenders!
We ask that RSVP's be sent in through the mail or by website by October 5, 2022 (if you're reading this, you can RSVP on the “RSVP” tab!)
There will be salad and a specific pasta option that does not include meat. If you're needing a list of ingredients, please don't hesitate to reach out and ask!
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Best Western Plus in Lee's Summit, MO both have a block of rooms reserved just for you! Check out the "Travel" tab for more info!
Missouri weather is incredibly unpredictable, but you should expect 50's or 60's. If the weather allows, we will be having our ceremony on the rooftop, so wear a sweater or jacket if needed!
The bride and groom understand everyone’s concern regarding COVID. If you have not been vaccinated, we strongly encourage you to do this before October 22, 2022 (2 weeks before). Our wedding ceremony will most likely be outdoors and our reception will be indoors. We will not be requiring COVID Vaccine proof or COVID testing, although we do ask that if you are not feeling well to please stay home that day. Your health should always be #1! If you RSVP and then later you decide to not attend because you aren’t feeling well, or you have concerns about health and safety please let us know!
