Wait, you guys are already married?

Answer

Yes! We wanted to elope because we wanted a very small wedding with COVID going on. However, we still wanted to celebrate with all of our friends and family so we decided on an after party once COVID was a bit less rampant.

Why are we requiring our guests to be vaccinated and/or have a negative COVID test within a week of the reception?

Answer

We have a lot of family/friends who are high risk and don’t want to take the chance to spread around COVID when there are precautions we can take to minimize the risk.

I noticed kids under 16 are not invited to the wedding, what gives?

Answer

See previous answer about COVID and the precautions we are taking to minimize the risks. We decided that it was too much of a risk to have kids there. We also are having a party, not a ceremony, and we want everyone to be able to have a good time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks, sundresses, slacks and a dress shirt, etc.. basically look nice and please no jeans! Thanks :)
