Yes! There is a complimentary shuttle to and from DFW airport and the hotel. Please call the hotel at 972-973-3112 to arrange transportation in advance.
Yes, we have a reserved wedding block for guests to make their own bookings. Please click on the 'travel' tab to use our discount link to book your room at the Courtyard Marriott in Grapevine. Please book your room by October 21, 2022 to be able to use our discount link!

We understand that everyone has different comfort levels concerning COVID. At all events, masks are not required but you are more than welcome to wear. We will not be requiring proof of vaccinations. In the interest and safety of yourself and other guests, we respectfully request that you decline your invitation in the event you are unvaccinated against COVID. We will provide masks and hand sanitizer for guests to use.
The mehndi night is a semi-casual event, colorful outfits are encouraged! For the ceremony, please feel free to wear Indian attire. If you would like to wear non-Indian outfits please refrain from wearing: low cut tops, short skirts/dresses, and the colors black, red, and white due to religious connotations. The reception is a black tie event. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits, and ladies are encouraged to wear dresses/gowns or formal Indian attire. Feel free to use the cocktail hour to change between your wedding and reception outfits if you would like. For all of our events please wear what you feel most comfortable in.

Yes! The Mehndi night will have appetizers and snacks available throughout the event. There will be snack bags available during the wedding ceremony. Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour, and a buffet style dinner will be served during the reception. Cuisine for all events will be Indian food with vegetarian options also available.
