The event is at Ala Moana Beach Park. We will have a tent with tables and chairs set up at picnic site 27, which on the Ewa (East) side of the beach park near the park entrance at Ala Moana Blvd and Kamakee St. The link below shows pin of the location. https://maps.app.goo.gl/cLzshS2B47FgRxtL6
There is parallel parking along the street that runs thru the park. There is also a small parking lot nearby the Lawn Bowling Clubhouse. The main parking lot is on the Yacht Harbor side of the park, opposite to where we will be setting up so be aware that it is a 10-15min walk.
We will have an assortment of some of Sumil's local favorite dishes (think plate lunch style), some Nepali dishes, including vegetarian friendly options, and desert! We will also have coolers with soft drinks and water.
The picnic area is a close to the beach (about 100 yards from the water), so if you would like to get in the water, bring your swimsuit! There is a bathroom area near by the picnic site if you need to change and the park has some outdoor shower areas as well.
