What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Dress Code. For Women: Floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or elegant jumpsuits. For Men: Dark suit and tie, or a tuxedo if desired Dress to impress — but comfort and personal style are welcome!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins ( 3:00pm-3:15pm) so you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available on-site for both ceremony and reception. If you plan on drinking, plan accordingly with a safe ride.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held indoors, so no need to worry about the weather.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Only guests listed on your invitation are invited. We wish we could include everyone, but space is limited — thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to limited seating, the celebration is reserved for those specifically named on your invitation or RSVP card. If your child is invited, their name will be listed!

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Absolutely! Dinner, drinks, and dessert will be provided — come hungry!

What’s the reception timeline?

Answer

Cocktail hour: 5:00–6:00 PM Reception begins: 6:00 PM We’ll have a staged send-off at 10:30 PM for early departures, but the party continues until 1:00 AM for the night owls!

Do you have hotel block?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block, however there are plenty of hotels near the reception in Cypress, TX (We have some options listed under the travel section that I recommend!)

What should I do if I have any dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP card, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony — please turn off phones and cameras and be fully present with us. Photos welcome afterward!

Do you have a hashtag?

Answer

If you're sharing photos, tag them with #ItTakes2toTaylor — we can’t wait to see the celebration through your eyes!

Question

Is there transportation provided to the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing transportation between the two. If you plan to drink, please carpool with a sober driver. Prefer to Uber or share a ride? We recommend to leave your car at your hotel/airbnb between the ceremony and reception. Stay safe and celebrate smart!
