Yoga Flow and Sound Bath

Join us for a gentle yoga flow from 9:30-10 and a sound bath from 10-10:30 in the courtyard at the James Bradley! Afterward, enjoy some leisure time by walking the boardwalk, grabbing a coffee, or playing a round of cornhole (also in the courtyard).
