Dress to impress! Our wedding is black tie optional, meaning women should wear floor length dresses and men can wear a formal tuxedo or dark suit.
Please arrive at the ceremony by 1:45 to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 2 pm. The bride and groom are hoping to be in time for once in their lives.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.
We will be having our ceremony at a church around 15 minutes away from our reception venue. There is parking at both the church and the Willows. We will also be providing transportation from the hotel in between the ceremony and reception break. A shuttle will be taking guests to the reception at 3:45 from the Hilton Harrisburg.
