Question

Which ski pass should I buy?

Answer

While we love the tree skiing and turkey chili cheese fries at Deer Valley.... most of the wedding festivities will be taking place at Park City Mountain Resort! For those interested in skiing or snowboarding, we suggest purchasing an Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, or an Epic Day Pass ahead of time. DO NOT WAIT! Passes will go off sale in November - and we don't want anyone to be stuck buying a lift ticket at the window ($$$). Please visit www.EpicPass.com for more information. We will be skiing at Park City Mountain on Friday the 13th with our friends and family, and would love for our guests to meet us on the slopes before we officially get together for the Welcome Apres event. If you aren't planning on skiing, there's no need for lift tickets.

Question

Where can I rent my ski/snowboard gear?

Answer

https://www.parkcitymountain.com/plan-your-trip/rentals/winter-equipment.aspx Epic Passholders get 20% off!

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Mountain Cocktail – Winter Edition Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors in the snow, with a sleigh ride and mountain views—expect below-freezing temps, snow, and some walking between indoor and outdoor spaces. Here’s what we recommend (but not require!): Warm, but polished – Think wool, velvet, cashmere, or lined silks. Layering is your friend—hats, gloves, and warm coats are encouraged. Smart footwear – Weather-appropriate boots or booties with good traction are ideal. Skip stilettos and slippery soles. Suggested looks: Men - Wool or velvet blazer, tailored pants, dress boots, warm coat or scarf. Women - Long-sleeve dress or jumpsuit in warm fabrics, heeled boots or booties, cozy outerwear. Most importantly, we want you to be comfortable and warm—function over fashion! As Mike likes to say, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing choices!”

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little kiddos, space is limited at this event to those specified on your invite. We suggest Care.com to find babysitters in the area! Please reach out if you have any specific needs.
