The nearest airport is Grand R. Ford Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, located about 1.5 hours from Ludington. There are car rental services available at the airport.
For larger cities with more flight and car rental options, Ludington is a 3.5 hour drive from Detroit and a 4.5 hour drive from Chicago.
There are many charming motels, bed & breakfasts, cabin rentals, and Airbnbs close to the venue. There are larger hotel chains on the east side of town. We recommend staying nearby on Hamlin Lake, or wherever you may feel most comfortable in downtown Ludington.

We have reserved Hobby Crest Resort for our event, there are 9 cabins located on the resort property. A few of the cabins are reserved for family, but there are still some that are open! If you are interested in staying in one of the cabins please reach out to us for more information.
