What time should I arrive at the reception?

Since there is no ceremony (been there, done that), the doors will open at 6pm.

Yes, the restaurant has their own private parking lot.

How will I find the location of the restaurant?
Answer
The GPS should lead you directly to the location. If you reach the Queen Mary, you have gone too far, but just let them know you missed your turn and just need to turn back. Once you reach the location, the Pacific Ballroom will be located through the restaurants main entrance. As there will be other events going on, signs will be up to help direct you.
