Yes — starting in April 2025, a visa is required for U.S. passport holders to enter Brazil. The process is quick and fully online, but it takes a minimum of 10 business days to be processed, so we recommend applying early. It's approximately a 2.5-hour drive by car. We're currently exploring the best options for transporting everyone from the airport to the wedding venue.

Are there preferred hotels or accommodations?

We’ve reserved rooms at the venue and the house next door from Friday (19th) to Sunday (21st)! We’d love for you to stay close and celebrate with us all weekend long. Spots are limited, so the sooner you say 'yes,' the sooner we can start popping the bubbly! If you'd like to extend your stay, please check the section "travel" —we have a list of nearby hotels and Airbnb options to help you find the perfect place for your family.

In December, São Paulo says goodbye to chilly weather and welcomes summer vibes. With temperatures ranging from a mild 68°F at night to around 82°F during the day—sometimes even hotter—it’s the perfect excuse to escape winter for a while and soak up some warmth!

If you’re staying with us at the venue, please RSVP by October 1st so we can ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. If you prefer to book your own hotel room, please RSVP by October 20th. Thank you!

Will hair and makeup services be available for guests?
Answer
Yes! The team that will be doing the bride's hair will also be available to provide hair and makeup services for guests. However, these services will need to be scheduled in advance and will come with an additional cost. If you're interested, please reach out to us as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
