Following Rehearsal and Family Dinner, all guests are welcome to socialize with us at this casual family-friendly venue. We have limited time to see everyone on the wedding day and are hoping to share hugs and hellos on Friday as well.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

This event is black-tie optional. If the weather is agreeable, the ceremony will be in a grassy field - think about your shoe choices :) The reception will be in an open-air pavilion that has wood and carpet floors. The pavilion space has tent-style canvas walls which will enclose the space and allow for heating if the weather is less than desirable. April is New England is tough to predict!

The Ceremony will be at 5pm sharp. The Cocktail Reception is from 530-630pm and will feature a talented jazz string trio. The Dinner Reception will begin at 630pm with wedding party introductions, buffet-style dinner, and a Phish cover band playing two full sets and an encore. The event will end at 11pm. Shuttles will be going back and forth from Avon Old Farms Hotel to Tunxis Country Club from 4pm-12am.
