When should I RSVP by?

May 21, 2025 at the latest but early RSVPs are appreciated.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No. We are so grateful our guests will be traveling far and wide to attend our wedding. Your presence is your present.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

4:30 PM

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual Hawaiian fare with flip flops and sandals! The wedding ceremony and dinner will be in the sand on the beach and there will be a dance floor set up for the party.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! This is a family affair.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Let us know ahead of time and we’ll inform the resort. They take food allergies very seriously.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Welcome Dinner on Sunday, July 20 at Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grill (travel provided) and Breakfast on Tuesday, July 22 at the Fairmont Orchid. Check out the Things To Do section for activities at the hotel and nearby.

Rent a car or Uber/Lyft?

Answer

Rental cars are the easiest way to get around if you plan to do a lot of exploring around the island. There are shuttle busses to/from the airport and also from the hotel to the nearby town. We’ll be providing transportation to the Sunday evening dinner. Ubers/Lyfts are also available.

Where are we island hopping?

Answer

We are planning on arriving at the Fairmont on Friday, July 18 and staying until Tuesday, July 22. Then, we’re going Oahu for two nights and then Kauai for three nights. All are welcome to join for some or part of the after wedding island hopping! Please let us know if you want to join so we can coordinate flights, etc.
