Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Guests will need to park in one of the public lots. There is a parking map of available parking posted at the top of this page. The parking next to the HPO is reserved for vendors and family with assistance needs. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly, so please make sure you arrive AT LEAST 20 minutes prior to allow for parking and getting a seat. Once the ceremony starts the front of the building will be closed and you will be required to enter through the side.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our venue we have a specific guest list Only those listed on your RSVP are invited to the wedding, that includes both the ceremony and reception, unless you have specifically been told otherwise by the couple.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately we could not accommodate all of the kids we know. For some of our guests (primarily family and members of the wedding party) we have included your kids in your invitation number. We have made accommodations for them and will have set aside a kid's area at the reception. There will be games, puzzles and activities to help keep your little ones occupied.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course, just note it in your RSVP.
