On a crisp October evening at Penn State, Mariah and Jackson both opened Tinder, each looking for a little ego boost, and unknowingly swiped their way into forever. Jackson caught Mariah’s attention with a bold (and slightly cheesy) tagline: “Iron Chef of Kraft Mac n’ Cheese.” It was love at first laugh, and Mariah knew she’d one day become Mrs. Sizer. From humble beginnings - Jackson volunteering his parents to give Mariah a 4 a.m. airport ride (without him), Mariah showing up uninvited to his apartment with McDonald’s chicken nuggets, and Jackson sneaking 20-year-old Mariah into the bars, their story quickly became one filled with laughter, spontaneity, and love. Over the years, they’ve traveled across countries, built a home together in Connecticut, and continued growing side by side through every new adventure.
