Monica has held the title of "Best Friend" for their entire friendship. The two have grown up together in Somonauk, followed each other to Rosary High school in Aurora, kept in touch during college (Jess in Missouri and Monica in Wisconsin), and saw each other even more after they both moved home after college. They made a conscious effort to keep their friendship active, which has allowed their friendship to grow as they themselves have grown over the years. Monica is a wonderful mother of 3 girls, a loving wife, and a hard-working accountant. She currently resides in Minnesota with her husband, Pete, living their best lives at one of Minnesota's many lakes!

Brian and Ryan met in 6th grade at St. Vincent Elementary and have been friends ever since. Though they live across the country from each other, they have continued to maintain their friendship through frequent phone calls, their shared love of the outdoors, and their annual backpacking trips. Ryan is a police officer in California, where he resides with his wife, Steph, and their many animals.
