We’re Getting Married!!!

So one day I get this random friend request on FB from an Xavier Suarez. I look at his profile picture and thought he looked cute so I accepted! This was maybe Spring of 2013. Well towards the end of summer I posted a selfie rocking my shades getting ready to go into work with a caption saying “ ugh, feeling like crap”.. along those lines lol. Xavier decided to comment saying “he knew the feeling that he felt the same way and I replied saying that my reason was that I was hung over 🤣🤣. He definitely was not but had some sinus issues. Mind you this is our first interaction since the friend request months ago. So during my work shift we are FB messaging back and forth. Now remember messaging on FB was the biggest pain since you had to go in FB to do, it’s not a separate app like it is now. Xavier asked if I wanted to text instead as it would be much easier. I agreed and we continued all night, even after I got home and got Ary tucked in. Days went by the conversations didn’t stop. One afternoon I decided to be nosy and go through his FB page. As I’m looking through his pictures I come across one that is of him and his 2 brothers. It hit me like a ton of bricks!!!! I grew up with Xavier! His older brother was in my classes growing up in elementary and middle school. Xavier had changed a little since I had seen him last in high school and I didn’t pay much mind to the grades below me,lol. I immediately texted him and he was laughing so much. He was like “yeah, I thought you knew this whole time!” It was the funniest thing. Who knew almost 20 years later we would meet again?? A few more weeks went by and we continued our chats. One day he asked me what I was doing that Friday. I told him it was Ary and my date night where she gets to pick where we go out to eat. He thought that sounded sweet. Thursday came around and he asked me if Ary had picked which spot she wanted to go and I said Applebees. He asked if I didn’t mind if he could join. I was a bit surprised considering we hadn’t even gone out on a date just the two of us and he wants to go out the three of us. Something told me to say yes and I did. Ary and I got to Applebees first and she sat diagonally from me. I told her I had a friend joining us so she could sit next to me but she insisted on sitting where she was. Xavier arrived and I was a nervous wreck! If memory serves me right he ordered a burger and Oreo milkshake, I ordered the quesadilla burger and Ary kids tenders. I think we had dessert but not positive. Ary and Xavier got along like two peas in a pod. Those two were laughing and talking about Maroon 5. I’d never seen her so comfortable with someone. Xavier insisted on paying even though I told him I was going to pay for ours since we had already planned our night ♥️. Xavier walked us to our car and I gave him a hug good night. I literally felt like I had a million butterflies in my stomach. When I got in my car I nervously texted him if he wanted to come over and watch a movie. Ary and I were headed to Redbox to rent a couple. He smiled and said yes. That night we watched “Peoples” and “Warm Bodies”. After that night I just knew, I knew there was something special. And that ladies and gentleman is how this love story began ♥️♥️♥️♥️
