What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage everyone to dress up with us! Ladies, heels might be challenging on our farm, however we want you to wear what makes you feel most comfortable. For those seeking style guidance, our color palette includes earthy tones and pastels. One important note: please avoid wearing white.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request that you only RSVP for guests specifically named on your invitation.

Can I bring my camper?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of space for anyone who is thinking about bringing a trailer or tent to stay in. Let us know if you do intend to bring a trailer so we can ensure there is enough room.

Is the ceremony and reception all in the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are both in Rochester on Destiny’s family farm. Once you arrive into Rochester, there will be signs along the highway for you to follow that will guide you where you need to go. Refrain from texting or calling the bride and groom the day of.

What is there to do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

While our ceremony concludes, we invite you to enjoy an extended cocktail hour with lawn games and time to visit with those from near and far. The reception and dinner service will begin at 6:00pm sharp. Keep this in mind if you choose to leave in between the ceremony and reception as Rochester is located about 30 minutes from Westlock or Athabasca. Please return at least 15 minutes before.

What does parking look like?

Answer

If you’re like me and prefer to know the parking situation before you get somewhere, then this is for you! There will be tons of parking available and we will have signs directing you to the parking areas.

I was invited to the Dance Only, what time should I come?

Answer

Good question! We are so excited to have you come party with us. Please show up anytime after 8:30. All dances/speeches should be completed by this time and if they aren’t, don’t worry still come on in and we will be so excited to see you!

Will there be a shuttle bringing guests back to Westlock?

Answer

If you’re not staying over, don’t worry—we’ll have a shuttle heading to Westlock to bring guests back to their hotels. We’ll announce the times of the shuttle at a later date. We just want everyone to get home safely, so please plan ahead and avoid drinking and driving.

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Additionally, you can reach out to Chris or Destiny before the deadline. Please ensure you have submitted your RSVP by June 13th so we can plan accordingly!
