Welcome Event

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Central Waters Brewing Co.
1037 W Juneau Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53233

Smart casual attire: Look nice, but stay comfortable! Sundresses, short-sleeve button-downs, chinos, or nice shorts are perfect.

Join us in the outdoor, shaded beer garden in the heart of Milwaukee's Brewery District. The beer garden is directly accessible from the side entrance on 11th Street. If you enter through the main entrance, you will have to go to the second-floor taproom before going back down the stairs in the back left corner of the building. In the event of rain, this event will be moved indoor to the mezzanine above the Center Waters Taproom. Nearby parking is limited and ride sharing options are highly encouraged. If you do drive, there are some 2-hour parking spaces on the street nearby. They are metered spaces before 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm, but become available for free 2-hour parking in the evening. Alternatively, there is a parking ramp two blocks away on 9th Street. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

Beach Day!

2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Bring clothes for the sun, sand, and water!

Enjoy the shores of Lake Michigan, the second-deepest, and third-largest of the Great Lakes. Come and go as you please for our day of rest, recovery, and recreation on the "Fresh Coast." At the beach, there are several food and drink options. Stop at MooSa's for Wisconsin delicacies like cheese curds, frozen custard, and bratwurst. The Dock operates both a full-service restaurant and tiki bars on the beach. Bradford Beach has some public parking, but can get quite busy on a Saturday in July. We recommend sharing a ride if possible. We may end the day at The Roundhouse Beer Garden at the McKinley Marina.
