In an effort to create an environment that is safe for all of our guests, we are requesting that all guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated is currently defined as being 14 days post the final dose of an mRNA vaccine (BioNTech-Pfizer, Moderna) or 15 days post a single dose of Johnson and Johnson. We also request that anyone who feels ill on the day of our event does not attend. We will not be upset by that decision. We are in touch with our venue about local COVID-19 restrictions, including masking, set by the state of California and Alameda County. We will be in touch should anything change in a way that affects the event.
Please check out the Travel tab of our website to see hotel recommendations! We have hotel blocks at La Quinta and Hampton Inn.
Please let us know about any food allergies in your RSVP.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM. Please plan to arrive any time between 4 and 4:25PM, so that there is enough time for you to find your seat and get settled.
Semi-formal attire. We recommend bringing layers, since weather in September can be hot during the day, and cool off when the sun goes down.
Yes, there is parking on-site at the venue.
We do not recommend relying on ride share (Lyft, Uber) for our wedding. The venue is in a rural location where cell phone reception is not always reliable for requesting ride share. We recommend to plan on driving (with a designated driver) or schedule a cab/taxi.
