Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! You won't need to travel between locations - just settle in and celebrate with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire. Ladies may wear floor-length, midi, or dressy cocktail dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie. Our ceremony will be outdoors with the reception indoors.

Are children invited?

Yes! We are happy to celebrate with your little ones. We kindly ask that children remain supervised throughout the evening so everyone can fully enjoy the celebration.

Is there an open bar?

Yes! We will have an open bar for our guests to enjoy. Please celebrate responsibly.

Please RSVP no later than June 26, 2026. We look forward to celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Shuttles to and from the hotel and venue start at 3:00pm (hour and a half before ceremony starts.) We recommend at least 15-30 minutes before ceremony starts!

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a huge parking lot at the venue, and will be the only event at the venue!

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Dinner will be served as a family style at each and every table.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at an open-air chapel, if weather permits! The reception will be indoors with access to outside patio.

What happens if it rains?

We have the option to have the ceremony indoors!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged, meaning no phones or cameras. We've hired a professional photographer to capture every moment, and we'd love for you to be fully present with us. We promise to share plenty of photos afterward!

When does the reception end?

Reception will end at 12:00am or midnight!

Where are we going on our honeymoon?

We are doing our honeymoon in Gatlinburg Tennessee with our dog Soda!
