Cocktail/Formal attire. Suits and cocktail or long dresses are appropriate for the evening. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing denim.

Yes, a valet will be on-site.

Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony (weather pending!) will be outside on the grass. Cocktail hour will be inside and under a covered patio, which will be available throughout the evening for guest use. The reception is indoors.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block available at Hilton Home2Suites in McCandless (about a 15-minute drive to the venue). Check the "hotel" tab on this site to access hotel block information.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes — everything will take place at the club, so no additional travel is required.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Yes — shuttles will be available to the venue prior to the ceremony and will provide return transportation to the hotel at the end of the evening.
