DO I NEED TO BE FULLY VACCINATED BY JUNE 18 2021 IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE WEDDING?

Answer

No, You do not need to be fully vaccinated by June 18th 2021 in order to attend the wedding. However, if you and your party are unable to get vaccinated, as per NYS, the requirement is PCR TESTS are required within 72 hours prior to the event, or a rapid covid test taken within 6 hours prior to the event start time. A NEGATIVE COVID-19 test result must be presented upon arrival.

If I am fully vaccinated do I require Covid-19 testing before the event?

Answer

Vaccinated guests do not have to be tested as long as the vaccine was fully administered at least 14 days prior to the event. Proof of vaccination must be present upon arrival.

Will there be someone checking vaccination cards or Covid-19 PCR/ rapid results?

Answer

Yes, Upon arrival a brief questionnaire will be given to the guests to be filled out. A Covid-19 compliance officer hired by our venue will be monitoring and verifying paperwork so it is imperative you have all paperwork with you! We cannot have any exceptions. We truly appreciate your cooperation!

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

As per NYS guidelines, masks a strictly enforced during the event. Masks are not enforced when guests are seated at their assigned tables while eating and drinking with their assigned parties.

How many guests are allowed to attend the event?

Answer

Currently, including the bride and groom, 150 guests are permitted to attend.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Yes, there will be dancing! There will be designated areas per each table to dance, however masks must be worn during times you are not seated.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cocktail hour. Orders will be taken and food will be brought to the table to prevent crowding at food stations.

Can I order drinks from the bar?

Answer

Yes, you can! Just please wear your mask while not seated.

Question

Should I arrive earlier in order to fill out the necessary paperwork?

Answer

No, you are not required to arrive earlier. We just ask all guests to arrive by 5:30 PM.
