What accommodations are available for out of town guest?

Answer

We understand that many of our guest will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we have arranged room blocks at nearby hotels. You can find more information about accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Travel" page.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Venue Chattanooga 15-20 minutes early to ensure time for you to park and grab a seat. The wedding will take place promptly at 6 pm EST. Please plan your arrival time accordingly.

Can I bring a plus-one or my child to the wedding?

Answer

We are limiting additional plus-ones and children at the wedding, as we would like to keep the guests list to just those who know us well. We are only able to accommodate those who are listed on the RSVP. As such, we request that only invited plus ones and children attend the wedding. We look forward to celebrating with you on our special day!

Yes, there is free parking available at our wedding venue for the ceremony and reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal: men in dress slacks or a suit, and women in a cocktail dress, pantsuit or elegant top and skirt. Wear whatever you will be comfortable in and we kindly ask that you avoid denim and colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams.
