We’re getting married!

We met in 2016 in a science class at Columbia College in Sonora, California. We worked together multiple times throught the class, and subsequent classes after that. At one point in time, Daniel was even my tutor! One day after class, Daniel worked up the courage and asked me if i wanted to go to lunch with him. We both felt something during lunch that we were not expecting. A short time after that, we both started working at the restaurant The Standard Pour. He worked in the kitchen, and I was a waitress. Daniel and I called it official on November 3rd, 2017. Daniel popped the question during our vacation in Idaho to visit my brother Kyle. We had decided to go on a walk by Snake River in Idaho Falls on March 13th, 2020. We stopped for a photo opportunity with Daniel, Kaden, and I. While taking the picture, Daniel pulled out the ring and asked me to marry him. I believe my first words were “are you sure?” Followed promptly by the words “YES OF COURSE!” We are now both working as Certified Nursing Assistants at an elderly care facility, Avalon, in Sonora. Daniel and I are both hoping to start a nursing program this year leading to us both becoming registered nurses!
