Missoula is probably easiest with lots of hotels and air bnb's to choose from. You could also consider St Ignatius (closer to the venue) or even camping! We have a discount rate at the Missoula Holiday Inn and buses will come/go from there, so that would be easiest for out of town guests, but don't feel limited to just that hotel as an option. There are many within walking distance of downtown. If you're in town for a few days, consider getting a rental car so you can explore the area. There is a free bus around town you can use as well.
The wedding is Saturday afternoon, so it would be safest to arrive Friday. In a pinch you could arrive Saturday morning as well. While you're unlikely to be able to get a direct flight anywhere, the Missoula airport is incredibly easy to fly in and out of.

Variable. It can be beautiful and sunny... or cold with rain, sleet, hail, etc. We won't really know until the time comes what kind of a day it will be. If necessary, the wedding ceremony can be moved into the barn.
