Things To Do

Smugglers' Notch State Park

6443 Mountain Road, Stowe, VT 05672

Smugglers notch is an incredibly beautiful drive. Full of twists and turns this drive offers views of waterfalls and mountain trails. There are multiple spots on this drive to stop and have a picnic and do some exploring!

Stowe

Stowe, VT 05672

Stowe is a popular tourist destination and for good reason! It's freakin gorgeous!!!!

Waterfront Park

20 Lake Street, Burlington, VT 05401

A month or so before Stuart proposed to me, we were spending some time walking around downtown Burlington. We walked over to Waterfront park, and after spending a little bit of time there, he got nervous because he thought I was thinking he was about to propose. Kind of felt like it to be honest but I'm glad he didn't because I DID NOT want to take my hands out of my gloves.

Camels Hump

Camels Hump Rd, Huntington, VT 05462

For those of you looking to push yourself, Camels Hump is Vermont's second tallest mountain. A wonderful climb in all seasons and the view is worth every drop of sweat it takes to get up there.

Church Street Marketplace

131 Church Street, Burlington, VT 05401

If you like to shop this is the place to be! Church street is full of well known brands and local gems. You can find food, sweets, clothing, and local street entertainers here!

Waterbury

VT

Waterbury is another beautiful town in Vermont. One of the first hikes we went on when we moved to Vermont is located here. Stevenson Brook Trail if you want to check it out for yourself!

ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain

1 College Street, Burlington, VT 05401

The ECHO center is a great place for families and kids to spend some time! It is located right beside waterfront park and there's also a creamee (ice cream) stand close by!

Lake Willoughby

Westmore, VT

Lake Willoughby is one of the most photographed lakes in the state, and for good reason! It's located between two mountains and has crystal clear water. On one end is a beach and on the other end is a state park with trails that lead down to the water.
