Our story began long before we ever imagined it would lead us here. We first met at church and became friends during high school, forming a bond rooted in faith, laughter, and shared values. Through youth group gatherings, Sunday services, and everyday moments, our friendship grew naturally. Even then, God was quietly weaving a story far greater than we could see. On October 2, 2021, our friendship turned into something more as we officially began dating. What felt like a new chapter was really a continuation of a foundation that had already been built. As our relationship deepened, so did our faith, both individually and together, as we learned what it meant to grow in love while keeping God at the center of our lives. Over the years, we’ve shared countless milestones side by side. From graduating high school to completing college and stepping into our careers, each season brought new challenges, growth, and gratitude. Through it all, we leaned on prayer, patience, and one another, trusting God’s timing and plan for our future. Every step reinforced that we were stronger together than apart. Joey proposed during an intimate and heartfelt moment at an apple orchard, surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation, a setting that perfectly reflected the love we share. The celebration continued with a dinner surrounded by family, reminding us of how blessed we are to be supported and loved by those closest to us. It was a day filled with joy, gratitude, and a deep sense of peace, knowing this next chapter was part of God’s plan. As we prepare for marriage, we are incredibly thankful for the journey that brought us here and the faith that continues to guide us. We are so excited to begin this new chapter as husband and wife, committed to loving one another, growing in faith, and building a life together centered on God’s grace and love. We are beyond grateful to celebrate this day with our family and friends who have walked alongside us every step of the way.
