How do I RSVP?

Answer

You’ve already received your WhatsApp invitation with our RSVP Google Form 🎉 - If your invite includes you and your partner, each of you must complete the form individually (you’re welcome to fill it in on their behalf if needed). - Please make sure to RSVP by 31st October 2025. - If we don’t receive your RSVP by then, we’ll assume you won’t be able to make it 💌 We’d love to celebrate with you, so don’t miss the deadline 🥂

What’s the dress code?

Answer

👗LADIES: Black only 🖤- whether it’s a dress, jumpsuit, or a two-piece. Go short, midi, or long, whatever makes you feel fabulous, as long as it’s smart and elegant (no casual looks). 👔 GENTS: Cream or beige chinos with a crisp white shirt. Chinos can be long or tailored shorts, fitted and smart. Finish the look with shoes or neat sneakers to keep it dapper.

Be seated by 15:15 ⏰💺 So we can start the love, laughter, and tears on time! You won’t want to miss a single moment. 🎉💛

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We love a good party but this one has a guest list 💌 Your invitation will clearly state if you have a “+ Partner” included. If it doesn’t, then it’s just you (and we can’t wait to celebrate with YOU!). So, if their name (or “+ Partner”) isn’t on your invite… it means no plus one this time 🥂✨

We adore your little ones 🥰, but this celebration is mostly for grown-ups only. If your invitation lists your child’s name, they’re welcome to join the fun! A few special exceptions have already been made, so anyone included knows they’re invited if it’s not on your invite, this one’s all about the adults 🎉✨

Kearsney College is in Botha’s Hill, KZN. We recommend checking Airbnb and Booking.com for nearby options. There are lots of great places to suit every budget! We’ll also share a few of our personal suggestions on the website to help you plan your stay.
