Hi there! We’re so excited to celebrate with you. Some of you know our love story, and some of you probably don’t, so let me tell you this: it is absolutely possible to meet your future husband without ever leaving your home. Wild, I know but true. On a Saturday in August 2021, Andrew (my bridesman and roommate at the time) and I were hosting a pool day and pregame before a night out in Charlotte. Jack (our officiant and one of Matt’s groomsmen) asked if he could bring a friend along. That friend was Matthew. That night, we were playing a game called “trick shots only,” and while Matt may have had the best trick shot of the night, his real winning move was asking me out on a date. Turns out, that trick shot was the beginning of everything. Fast forward to July 2025, Matthew still hadn’t technically asked me to be his girlfriend… but he did ask me to marry him. He proposed in my favorite place, Savannah, Georgia - which has since become our favorite place to visit together. Over the past four years, we’ve traveled (so many places), celebrated each other’s accomplishments, pushed one another to grow, and embraced both the obstacles and the beauty that come with loving each other. We cannot wait to see what forever has in store for us.
