Question

How do I RSVP, and When?

Answer

When you receive your invitation in the mail, there will be a QR code to this website. You may RSVP through the "RSVP" tab at the top of this page or text Aubrie at 484-507-6864. It is recommended that you RSVP by Saturday, August 24th.

Can I bring a date/ guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to a limited capacity, we can only incorporate the individuals listed on your invitation. If a plus one is not listed on your invitation or not listed in the RSVP section on this website, you are not able to bring an additional guest. If there is any confusion, please reach out!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to a specific seating chart and limited space in our venue, only the children specifically listed on the invitations will be accommodated for. You will find their names listed under the RSVP tab on our website. If your invitation is addressed to just you and your spouse, "Mr. and Mrs. {last name}," then your children have not been accommodated for in the seating arrangements and will not be listed under the RSVP section on this website. Please reach out if you have any questions!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends formally dressed at our wedding! We are requesting formal-cocktail attire for our ceremony and reception. Do NOT wear white :)

Food and Drinks?

Answer

Our wedding will have all different types of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We will have snack foods for cocktail hour, and will the Red Robin Food Truck as the main meal.

Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather works in our favor, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, with the reception inside. Be prepared to walk on grass if outside! If we get good luck rain, then the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be inside.

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We are requesting an unplugged ceremony. We specifically ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have selected an amazing professional photographer , as well as a videographer, who will capture the ceremony and reception, so we do not want any phones or additional cameras blocking any potential shots. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage our friends and family to be taking pictures! There will be a QR code to a Google Photos album at the reception to add all photos you have taken, so that we are able to see them all!

What time should I get to the venue?

Answer

We please ask that everyone arrive around 15 minutes earlier to the ceremony so that it can start on time. With the ceremony starting at 4pm, we would ask that you would arrive around 3:45pm.

Where should I sit for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We will be having a quick ceremony, so there will be limited seating. If you need a seat, please make sure to come early. If you are okay with standing for a short time, please stand to allow for other who do need seats, to be able to get seats. For the reception, we will have tables determined for each person, but the individual seat at that table is up to you!
