Portland International (PDX) is roughly a 3 hour drive to Bend. Redmond Municipal (RDM) is 17 miles, about 25 minute drive, equidistant to downtown Bend or Sisters. This is a much smaller airport with a limited number of daily flights, but offers a more convenient route into the Bend area. We recommend booking early!

We definitely had to share our favorite Central Oregon getaway for those looking for a more intimate stay while visiting. Five Pines campus features lodge rooms or romantic individual cabins and is located on the outskirts of the cute tourist town of Sisters, near the venue, and an easy 25-minute drive to downtown Bend.

Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain a discount code for this hotel. You can call the front desk and mention "strousegillwedding" to book a reserved room. We have reserved king deluxe rooms at a rate of $199/night before tax.

For those looking to explore Bend a bit while visiting, this is a great option! Centrally located in the Old Mill District, there are plenty of breweries, cider houses, and shopping options just a short walk away. Additionally, you'll be about 5 minutes from downtown Bend and 5-10 minutes away from even more popular breweries and sites around town.
