...we met playing Star Wars: The Old Republic online! We met through a mutual friend, and started sharing music and listening along together. When Josiah flew out to Orlando (my home during college), I couldn't resist meeting the man behind the music. It was absolutely love at first sight!

Ever since our first rendezvous in June 2021, we've taken turns flying to each other at every opportunity. Since I'm a teacher, summers and holidays have been spent in Golden. Many thanks to the Strotz family for your hospitality! We got engaged just after midnight on New Year's (the date was 1/1/22) under the Christmas tree. That's when I said "YES" (for about the 500th time... but this time featured a gorgeous diamond ring!)

After the wedding, we're off to Manitou Springs (just west of Colorado Springs) for a relaxing stay at the Cliff House. We'll tour the Garden of the Gods and the quaint shops and restaurants around the hotel. The area also features caverns, trails, and other beautiful sights to discover.
