Not many people can use the words “Blessing” and “Friend” in the same sentence and it actually shows in their life, but I can. I have been blessed with the privilege and honor of knowing Paris since Kindergarten. Been blessed to see her grow and evolve into one of the most profound human beings I have ever met. Whether she knows it or not she inspires me. Inspires me to be better, do better and to live and not simply exist. There a million things I could say to shine light on just how amazing and deserving she is but to save time I’ll simply say: She is my ABSOLUTE BEST friend and life without her as a sister isn’t really life at all. I’m beyond proud of her and her soon to be wife Raven on their union. I haven’t known Raven long but I’ve know her long enough to know that the same light that shines in Paris, shines within her also and I’m thankful that she made her way into Paris’s life. I couldn’t have chosen a better mate for her. I love both of you dearly and I consider it God’s personal gift to me to continue seeing you both grow in love , faith and prosperity. Hello everyone! I am Cymone Gidden, Raven’s oldest and only sister ! The first time I met Raven was the day she was born. It's honestly my earliest memory and will never forget it! The first time I met Paris was at my own wedding , which is very ironic! I am extremely happy and absolutely honored to witness Raven and Paris tie the knot with their closest family and friends that truly care about them!

Looking back, I can't help but smile at the realization that I may have inadvertently disrupted her 'only child' status, but in doing so, I gained a lifelong companion. Raven & I met in high school . We were sure about each other in the beginning until one day we sparked up a conversation and ever since then we were stuck to each other’s hips ! Raven was always there when I needed a true friend . She was always kind and honest and never judged me no matter what it was I shared with her . We would skip school and go to my house to eat spaghetti my mom had cooked and just hang out! We stayed in touch and have been close friends ever since . She is the most genuine person I know and I love her dearly no matter how far apart we are ! Congratulations on your big day I’m so happy for you I love you !!

I met Raven back in 2016 when I had just moved to Alabama. We worked together at her first veterinary hospital position when she was just a baby. She was going through an extremely difficult transition in her life and I like to think we met at such a special time where we both needed each other. We really hit it off from the beginning. We had similar things in common in regards to social justice topics, the love for animals, sassy attitudes. I like to think I helped her thrive in what became her continued career path in working with animals, but she really flourished into that role with very minimal help from me. It’s been such a privilege to watch her grow through so many stages of her life over the last 7 years & especially in this season that she has been with Paris. I’m so excited to be a part of her next chapter into marriage because I know it will be the sweetest one yet.

Ok then let’s do this one time for the one time! I’m Candice, some of y’all know me as FluFFyyy and some of you know me as Can Ban. (Call me Can if we cool like that) Here’s a story time for you involving the origin of Stro and Can aka Twin N Nem. In the beginning! Actually it was just high school, Paris was my drum major that named me “Hurricane” (Chris😒) when I was a freshman. Spring 2013 we were selected to serve the Zeta Beta Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma. Formally dubbed as the “LIT TAU boys” of the line and chapter, we took the band and sorority by force. #CPR #678 #BringingLifeBackToYourWoes 10 years later, here we are preparing to celebrate your union of love with Raven. Raven and I met on the “Tumblr” back when it was still a thing in 2018. I’m not sure how I stumbled upon her page or how I knew she was a real person but I found out quickly that she and I were a lot alike on how we handled people and situations. I’ll never forget the night I got dumped by an ex of mine, I was so lost and heartbroken. Raven sat on ft with me for hours. I appreciate her eternally for that night. Fast forward 5yrs and a couple trips later, Raven and I are still really good friends. I’m honored to be there for her big day.

If we’re being honest, Im the friend that kept up the most mischief back in the day. Although Some of that mischief got us in a little (not too much lol) trouble in elementary, don’t get it twisted, she’d later become my drum major and was able to get her get back in full with “BHS pushups” later on in high school. With life doing its thing and taking us on our own journeys, we don’t get to talk everyday like we used to. But one things for certain, two things for sure, that’s my dawg 4L and when we link we never miss a beat. The turn up is ALWAYS real and I’m honored she let me in on being apart of her and Raven’s special day.

I met Raven working at the Downtown Birmingham YMCA. She talked my ear her first day but she was cool! I was only there 6 more months before I left, but we talked and joked almost everyday up until I left. What I love about Raven: Over the last 7 years Raven has just always been there when I need her most and I made sure I did my best to be there for her as well. We have been through so much: heartbreak, sorrow, and depression but we made it through together. That’s why I’m so glad that she finally found someone she truly loves and who truly loves her and I’m so happy for them and I know this is love that will last for a lifetime

Paris and I met somewhere in between talking noise in 2017 lol ever since then she’s been one of my closest and loyal friends. Raven and I met in 2020 when we met at a Mexican restaurant in Birmingham, Al (I made Paris pull up told her I had somebody for her lol) ever since then Paris and Raven have been inseparable. I love them dearly and wouldn’t change any third wheel adventures I’ve gone on with them! I cannot wait until you two become one! I love y’all! ❤️

The Bestest Boy In The World & My Muffin Man
I was found outside of my mommy’s very first animal clinic in 2017 & I was only 3 months old! They said they had the perfect mommy for me & I said “Ok well where is she??!” Mommy was hesitant at first but when we locked eyes she came over to me & it was love at first sight. Mommy said I got her through a lot of “sad things” & Im happy I helped her. She has been the BEST mommy anyone could ask for & I get all the treats I want! (Shes a little neurotic, but thats better than nothing!) She also takes very great care of me & I couldnt ask for a better one! But now I have TWO! Paris is very comfortable to sit on & we watch football together sometimes. She calls me “Palms” which is kind of silly but I like it! Shes very sweet to me even though sometimes im not to her…But im an Aquarius so what can I do? This is the happiest I have seen my mommy so I cant wait to have Paris as my second mom!
