What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 5:45 pm to be seated.

Can I bring a date or a guest?

Answer

Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your invitation. We wish we could accommodate all our friends and family, but the Covid pandemic restricts this. We hope that we are able to celebrate with others at a later date!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Wednesday, August 25th, 2021. Due to Covid restrictions, we cannot accommodate those who didn't RSVP on or before this date.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of free parking at the venue.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, but if the weather is bad, there is an indoor venue that will be set up and ready at the same location.

Are masks required?

Masks are not required and are optional.

How far is the venue from Colorado Springs?

Answer

The venue is 25 minutes North East from downtown Colorado Springs.

What is your recommendation for lodging?

Answer

We don't have any particular hotels reserved, but we recommend Airbnb, or the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott at 15275 Struthers Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80921.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses and gowns, pantsuits, shirts, vests, jackets, suits, slacks, black jeans. Please feel free to wear any colors, including black! Our wedding colors are black, maroon, dusty rose, sage green, and of course glitter!
