FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jenny Strote and John Souki
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving to the venue between 4:45pm-5:15 pm to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the ceremony begins at 5:30. Please note that venue staff will not permit late arrivals to enter once the ceremony has started. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we love to celebrate with everyone, due to space and planning constraints, we can only accommodate those named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun evening out with us. We truly appreciate your support.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, dress code is garden party, cocktail, or semi formal attire. Think outdoor elegance for a September wedding- We'd love for our guest to dress nicely, but it's not a black tie event.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is provided, and there will be a parking attendant to assist. Ubers are also readily available for transportation. Please note vehicles cannot be left on property overnight, as the venue will charge a fee and may tow any vehicles left behind.

Question

Where can we find your gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We are so lucky to have everything we need to make our home together. If you would like to honor us with a gift, we would be incredibly grateful for a contribution to our honeymoon fund. This will help us create lasting memories on our special trip. The link to the honeymoon fund can be found under the registry tab.

Question

Can I take photos or Video during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and recording devices be put away during the ceremony. We’re having an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and to let our professional photographer and videographer do their magic without distractions. Thank you so much for respecting this request- it means a lot to us!
