It's not a trip to Nashville without Broadway! With live music and nonstop energy, it's the perfect place to soak it all in—bonus points if you hop on a party bus! We love The Stage, Posty's, Kid Rock's Honky Tonk, and Tootsies Orchid Lounge. While you're down there, take a quick walk to the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for a great view of the city!
A must-visit if you're a music fan! Explore iconic instruments, legendary costumes, and the stories behind some of the biggest names in country music. Nestled right downtown, it's just a 3-minute walk to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena (home of the Nashville Predators, but Go Avs!).
Known as the "Mother Church of Country Music", the Ryman is one of Nashville's most iconic music venues! You can take a tour during the day or catch a show at night. Aftwards, head over to Assembly Food Hall for a bite—an elevated food hall with 30+ eateries, bars, and stages. If you're in the mood for a sit-down spot, we love Sixty Vines on the 3rd floor!
Don't miss the Grand Ole Opry—a true Nashville classic! Catch a live show or take a backstage tour for a behind-the-scenes look at this historic venue (we have done both and loved it!). It's about a 20-minute drive from downtown, so plan accordingly.
The Gulch is a fun, walkable neighborhood known for great restaurants, rooftop bars, and boutique shops. Grab brunch at Milk & Honey, take in the views at LA Jackson, and check out one of our favorite spots, Emmy Squared Pizza—we love the Big Ang! Don't forget to snap a photo at the iconic What Lifts You Wings Mural while you're exploring!
12 South is a charming, walkable neighborhood with fun shops, coffee spots, and tasty eats. Grab coffee at Frothy Monkey, dig into some classic BBQ at Edley's Bar-B-Que (a must!), and swing by Ranger Station for hand-poured candles in whiskey glasses—so fun to take home!
If you're looking for something lowkey, Cheekwood is a relaxing spot to walk around, with gorgeous gardens and picture-perfect views. We recommend grabbing tickets beforehand if you plan to visit. It will always be a special place for us because it's where we got engaged!
Here are a few of our favorite places in Nashville! • Pelato - shareable, Italian dishes (Radiatori Vodka is the BEST!) • Jack Brown's (Germantown) - beer & burger joint (Sam's favorite spot in Nashville!) • Sunda - modern Asian cuisine (Wagyu Crispy Rice is our fave!) • Saint Anejo - casual, Mexican restaurant in The Gulch • Neighbors - fun, sports bar in The Gulch • Barcelona - Spanish tapas & wine (ask for the Sangria table shot!)
