Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Answer
We reserved a room block at Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh-Southpointe, located at 3000 Horizon Vue Dr, Canonsburg, PA 15317. You can find more information under the "Travel" tab of our website. Please book your rooms by July 27, 2025 to secure our group rooms and rate.
Question
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle running between the hotel and the venue. The shuttle will pick guests up at the hotel at 3:25 PM, 3:40 PM, and again at 3:55 PM. We strongly encourage everyone to take the earlier shuttles, as space on the later shuttle is limited and may not accommodate everyone. Return shuttles will begin running from the venue back to the hotel starting at 9:00 PM, and will run as needed until 12:00 PM or when the last guests have departed. Feel free to leave your car parked at Bella Sera overnight if necessary.

What should I wear?

As we will be getting married in Bella Sera's garden, we look forward to seeing many sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and, most importantly, you! Just one small request—please leave the jeans at home and plan on wearing something a little more festive. We promise the dance floor will still welcome comfy shoes!

What time should we arrive?

If you are not planning on taking the shuttle, please plan to arrive between 4 and 4:15 PM for our ceremony.

Where do we park?
Answer
There are plenty of parking spots in the main lot. Also, there is driving access around the building back to the garden in anyone needs to be dropped off for the ceremony. Feel free to leave your car parked at Bella Sera overnight if necessary.

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we already finalized the guest list and do not have any extra spots for additional guests. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name would be listed alongside yours on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

The reception will end at 11PM.
