Question

How do I book my room?

Answer

There are two ways to book your room: The first is through our dedicated travel site: https://res.funjet.com/specialsssl/deal.aspx?deal=4859&vendor=FJ1&promocode=CGFJJAZZYMORGAN&plcode=678815JETH&gssourcecode=groups&plcodeversion=3 Through this link you will select the 'hotel only' option under 'package type', select the dates you plan to stay, the number of rooms you are booking and number of people in that room. Under 'Hotel Choice' - select the Secrets Bahia Mita adults-only option. Once you hit 'search' and are taken to the next page, the site will automatically select the "Junior Suite, Tropical View" room. If you are interested in the Panoramic View or Preferred Club options, simply scroll down and select "Change Room Type" in the 'hotel section' of the page. The only other thing you may want to sign up for on this page is the Travel Protection Plus plan AND the transportation option. This will protect you, should you need a full refund after booking for any reason. As a reminder, deposits and payments are nonrefundable once you make them. If you do not select the transportation option, you are responsible for your own transportation. If you select, we will take care of you. The second way to book is to set up a phone call with Jess or Kyle and book over the phone. For those with more questions or need special accommodations such as, wanting to stay longer than the 5 night max, need financial assistance, etc. they can help you every step of the way through booking process. When do I need to book my room to take advantage of special group pricing?

Answer

You must put down your deposit on your room ($150 per person) and make your first payment by February 13th, 2026 to secure your room with our special pricing. If you need more time, you can still work with our travel agent to book your stay, however your pricing will look different to the above.

Do I have to pay for my room in full or can I sign up for a payment plan?

Answer

When working with our travel agents, Jessica & Kyle, you have a lot of flexibility when it comes to what you pay when. Some dates to keep in mind: You must put down your deposit AND first payment by February 13th. You room must be paid in full by April 24th, 2026. We are asking that you put down at $150 per person deposit to secure your room. You have the option to split your payments up monthly now through April 24th. Once you book your room, Jessica will be in touch with you about your payment options.

Where do I fly into?

Answer

Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) Please note that if you are flying from Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA or New York - there are no direct flights. Recommend cautiously packing a carry on just in case. Pray for the bride.

What transportation should I take from the airport?

Answer

Transportation is included with your accommodation booking. We ask that you send your flight information to our travel agent Jess (contact info listed above) and she will coordinate with the resort to get you picked up from the airport when you arrive.

I see the resort is family-friendly, are my kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Half of the resort is family-friendly with the other half being adult-only. This is your vacation, if you would like to bring your kids, you are absolutely welcome to. However, we will not be having kids at our wedding events.

What is the difference between single, double or triple room pricing?

Answer

The pricing listed above is per person. Single pricing is for a single occupancy room for one person. Double pricing is the per person price for two people in one room. Triple pricing is the per person price for three people in one room.

What is included in the pricing above?

Answer

This is an all inclusive resort. The pricing above is for all food and beverages around the resort as well as your room accommodation. The resort includes 15 restaurants and 10 bars. What's not included: flight, rounds of golf, boat trips, spa services, other special excursions.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The resort has a 3 night minimum but you are welcome to stay longer. We will have events leading up to the wedding on the 7th with an optional welcome party to those who are at the resort already on July 4th. Our room block is secured from 7/3-7/8 - for those wanting to stay longer than those dates, our travel agents can help accommodate you!

What should I wear?

Answer

The theme of the wedding will be Garden Party Chic. Think, bright colors, florals. Check back for a mood board. Please avoid shorts, sandals (men), Hawaiian shirts/patterns, white, cream.

Will there be other events happening while we're there?

Answer

You will receive a more formal itinerary but for planning purposes: July 4th, we will have a White Party Welcome Party. July 5th, there will be a dedicated guys/gals day. This will take the place of the traditional bachelor/bachelorette parties. More info to come!
