Joel’s is a true family owned and operated Mexican restaurant located in the heart of down town Sandpoint. Jessica has eaten at Joel’s since her high school years and we both highly recommend their breakfast burritos. This place is a must eat if you’re visiting Sandpoint. They are only open during breakfast and lunch hours so get in early as they close between 3-4pm.
Second Avenue Pizza is the local pizzeria that holds a special place in Jessica’s heart. It is located less than a block away from her childhood home and her family ordered from here frequently throughout her childhood. This pizza place offers a thick crust/hearty pizza that is perfect to feed many people and the ambiance in the restaurant is just as special as the pizza itself. If you’ve never eaten here before, you’re missing out.
