Yes there is a parking lot and hotels surrounding the venue with additional parking. Both events are at the same location. Ceremony is on Terrace and cocktail hour and Reception in the Ricardo Montalban room.
Please arrive no later then 4:15pm. You'll be instructed where to stand. Ceremony will begin at 4:30 on the Veranda. Due to design and not a private location, this will be a stand only ceremony. There is a designated area for those that need to sit (very limited seating. Let us know if you must have a chair) Cocktail hour to follow. Reception 6pm-9pm.
Unfortunately our venue shuts down at 10pm and we'll have to relocate around 9pm for continued food, drinks, fun and a DJ till 2am. So keep your dancing shoes on! There will be post-reception festivities at Margarita Republic, just a short walk away in the Spanish Springs Town Square (next to hotels 😉) Please RSVP if your interested . Message us if you are 😁

They wanted to keep the event very social and up beat, so there is a cocktail hour and heavy hor d'ouvres for the reception to leave everyone fulfilled & engaged throughout the evening! They'll have a mashed potato martini bar, tuscan grilled paninis, mini chicken salad sliders on croissants to name a few! Dessert is a surprise!! Their big foodies and food will be a big deal at their reception!

Duh! Of course! But only 2 hours from 5 until 7pm. (cash/credit card taken after that.) Reception ends at 9 and continues on to next venue.
We have many guests that haven't been to Florida to take advantage of the theme parks let alone been to Florida at all! Plans are in the works for Disney or Universal. Brunch was suggested and the wedding venue will do a breakfast with min. of 40 attending for $9/pp. Interested? Please contact Jennifer or Joe for more details on breakfast or theme parks.
Tampa or Orlando are pretty much equal distance from venue. It all depends on what you have planned before or after wedding.
