CO-470 heading West
Take the exit onto US-285 S/US Hwy 285 S toward Fairplay (this exit comes up quick and is a sharp right turn so be ready!)
Drive 1.8 miles
Take the exit toward Morrison on your right.
On the hill to the right you'll see the manor house.
