Chicago O’Hare International Airport

Chicago has two main airports. O’Hare is roughly 10-15 minutes from the hotel and venue. Chicago Midway is the other airport and is roughly 45 minutes from the hotel and venue. Both airports have Ubers or cabs easily accessible.

We have a room block under “Olhava/Straube” with a rate of $119 a night. Call Hilton Reservations at 800-774-1500 and ask for the Olhava/Straube Wedding Block OR use this link: https://group.doubletree.com/7z2604. Reservations can be made for 4/4/25-4/6/25 and all reservations must be made by cutoff date 3/14/2025. SHUTTLE There is a shuttle to and from the reception venue that will be available for guests throughout the night! It is about a 7-10 minute drive from the hotel to venue! Ubers are also available! First Shuttle pick up is at 5:40pm and the second shuttle is at 5:55pm to bring to reception. There will be shuttles at 12:0am and 12:20am to return to hotel after reception.
