Our story isn’t a simple single meeting but a long series of crossing paths before things fell into place. We know that everything happens for a reason and the universe was just waiting for the perfect time. We first met thanks to mutual friends and a precious puppy dog named Gracie at Alive After 5 in Roswell. We only spent about 10 minutes hanging out petting Gracie before Joey had to leave. About a month later, Our paths crossed again through our friends at Your 3rd Spot. That night was the FSU vs UF football game so when we saw each other in an FSU jersey we knew we were interested. Funny enough though we didn’t think the other was. Six months later we met again at alive after 5 in Roswell. The Nuggets were in the NBA playoffs, so Joey’s attention didn’t leave the game. Unfortunately, the third time was not a charm. The very next night, they all ended up at a Braves game and met up afterward at The Battery. And finally, finally! We had a real conversation and the rest was history.
