Once the open bar closes the bar becomes cash ONLY. NO ATM ON PROPERTY. Plan Accordingly You are able to smoke on premise outside. Feel free to bring cigars.

Is there Transportation to Belhurst?

Yes... there is a shuttle that will pick up in front of the microtel and drop off at Belhurst. Here is the schedule Shuttle Schedule Microtel Parking Lot Pick- Ups: 2:05 - Drop off Belhurst 2:15 2:35 - Drop off Belhurst 2:45 3:05 - Drop off Belhurst 3:15 The Stonecutter's bar will be open for those who arrive early (cash bar). The welcome party is casual. Think going out to dinner type clothing Girls example : Jeans, Sweater, and Booties Boys example : Jeans, Shirt, Shoes Please no sweatshirts The party in on the the second floor and there is no elevator, we apologize in advance

Is there a dress code for the day of?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire Ladies' dresses can range from cocktail dresses to floor length. Gents, please be in a suit. Preferred Fall colors - Navy, Green, Burgundy, Terracotta. Think fall for pictures :) NOT REQUIRED

How Do I RSVP? And when is the deadline?

Kindly RSVP by 10/1/2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue. We will be collecting all RSVPs on our website. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date, we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down at "not attending". You will also be able to select which meal you would like. For those who will be bringing a guest, please select which meal they would like as well and let us know their first and last name after RSVPing. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30 pm, so please arrive at least 20 minutes before to allow time for parking and to find your seat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all our guests to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. This will be an adults-only wedding and reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample parking available onsite for all our guests both. You are also able to leave your car overnight at Belhurst if you choose to drive. ** We suggest the shuttle for those staying at the Microtel/Holiday Inn Express. Little availability of Ubers in the area
