We met through a mutual friend during homecoming in 2017. We were attached at the hip and were best friends from then on. Jacey went to college in 2018 and Chase followed behind. After our freshmen year in the dorms we got a house together with two other friends. Shortly after, in the beginning of the year of 2020 Chase confessed his love for Jacey and she’s been stuck with him ever since. He now gets to annoy her for the rest of their lives.

Chase decided to pop the question during his 25th birthday party. We were about to play a game of volleyball at Jacey’s parents house where we had a big BBQ with all our friends and family. Chase was (of course) a team captain and chose Jacey to come out in front of everyone where he (finally) got down on one knee. He asked her to marry him in front of everyone that is important to us. He got her the most perfect ring and started a whole new chapter for them to embark on together
