Business casual; dresses, jumpsuits, slacks, khakis, button downs, suit jackets if you’d like. No jeans, shorts…. Look nice but not like ballgown nice 😂

Venue is in renovated barns
Answer
Meaning, the buildings are not temperature controlled. So, if you’re someone who gets cold easily maybe plan to bring a jacket. If it is on the colder side there will be the lamp looking space heaters spread throughout the barn. There will also be a fire pit and activities outdoors so you may need a jacket for that as well.

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
No, we have not made a hotel block. I have listed three recommended hotels within the area to book at. The venue coordinators don’t recommend staying in actual Lancaster city due to traffic patterns. If you plan on staying in Lancaster city just plan travel accordingly.

Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
At this time we’re not planning on booking a shuttle service since we’re not doing a hotel block. Please have a designated driver or plan to schedule an Uber/Lyft. You cannot leave your cars at the venue overnight, but there is plenty of parking. Please plan a safe way to leave the wedding.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, we will have an open bar of alcohol we have purchased. There will be multiple beer and wine options and several liquor options being served by a bartender.

What kind of food can we expect?
Answer
We are having displayed and butlered hors’ d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. Then dinner will be a buffet of two entree options (a chicken entree and chopped steak), a salad, and several sides. There will be a dessert bar with multiple options and then a pretzel food truck will also arrive with three different type of pretzel options. COME VERY HUNGRY!!! Maybe fast for a few days beforehand 🤪

I apologize, but no children are allowed.

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
There is a smoking section/gazebo, but honestly…. If you could refrain from smoking during this event it would be much appreciated.

How do we RSVP?
Answer
Go to the RSVP page of this website and put in one of your names and you should be able to rsvp for your entire party. Click will or will not attend for both the ceremony and reception. Tab past the cocktail hour. Thank you!
